CLE should have a big day against CWS. No surprise there. Clevinger (CWS) has only pitched 2 innings, so he's unproven for 2024.
BOS lost to WSH yesterday. I'm 4-2 this week.

I like BOS over WSH today. KC beat LAA yesterday, so I'm 4-1 this week.
Thursday - 5/09/2024
I like LAA over KC today. Wacha (KC) is 1-4 and is not producing this year so far. I'm 4-0 this week.
Wednesday - 5/08/2024
NYY should beat HOU today. Arrighetti (HOU) isn't pitching great.
SF beat COL yesterday. I'm 3-0 this week so far.
Tuesday - 5/07/2024
SF should beat COL today. COL needs to improve their pitching. TB should beat CWS.
BTW - TEX did beat OAK yesterday
Monday - 5/05/24
TEX should beat OAK today. Alex Wood (OAK) has a high Hits per Inning (1.436). Steven Kwan went on IT with a hamstring injury. Shohei had a big day yesterday and has 52 H this season.
I have added the team standings in the spreadsheet.
BTW - SEA did have a nice day against HOU yesterday.

It's a new week and I have a new exhibit. On the sheet "Pitcher Stats - Team", starting in column BA, row 4, I have a comparison of Team Pitchers.
It's actually pretty interesting. This exhibit shows you, for each team, by Starter / Bullpen, Throws R or L, how the team's pitching is used, and how they are doing. The right-handed Starters for TEX have .78 H per Inning, while COL's right-handed Starters have 1.05 H per Inning. For the left-handed Starters, MIL is getting shelled at 1.47 H per Inning, but they have only pitched 26.60 innings. MIA's left-handed Starters have amassed a dismal 2-14 record, while ATL's is 6-1.

Another very interesting stat is with the NYY. Their right-handed Bullpen pitchers have a record of 10-1, while their left-handed Bullpen pitchers have a record of 1-4. They have 3 L, Bullpen pitchers with Ferguson, Maciejewski, and Gonzalez, but they are just not used much.
Yet another interesting stat is the number of left-handed pitchers each team has. BOS, MIN, SD, and SEA don't have any left-handed Starters, while MIA has 4. WSH has nobody in its Bullpen who is left-handed.
SEA should have a nice day against HOU today. Hunter Brown (HOU) has 37 H over 23 Innings Pitched for 1.61 Hits per Inning. Not impressive.
Mookie, Shohei, Kwan, Turner, and Altuve all have over 45 H and are leading the league. Trout is out with surgery but he is still leading the league with 10 HR with Henderson from BAL.
