I have some nice articles this week!

I want you to know that I have some honey statistics from the USDA in my Excel Dynamic Array series of blogs. Please check them out. Start with Part 1.

An interesting article states that there are 4,000 types of bees in Oklahoma. (Keep in mind that this article includes wasps.) I wonder how many types of bees are in Kentucky? Honey producers use the European honeybee, which is foreign to North America. Approximately 5% of bee species are social, while 95% prefer solitary lifestyles.
